Social Anxiety affects approximately 15 million people. Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) starts early in life. I'm offering a fun 2-hour clinic for 10-20 year old youth. Sessions will have peers of similar age. The clinic is designed to practice social skills, including meeting strangers and carrying a conversation. Groups of 4 will be taught the first hour and then have a chance to implement a social scavenger hunt with interaction with the public. Included will be CBT training for anxiety and negative thoughts. This 2-hour clinic has amazing results and a fantastic practice for those needing more social confidence. $35/person.
